For several years, I played a pivotal role in producing a high-volume, high-frequency digital out-of-home ecosystem for YouTube Music. Our weekly productions showcased artist projects on billboards in real-time, requiring precision, speed, and creativity.
Initially, the team was just me and a designer/editor. Together, we created content displayed on billboards and captured the installations through photography and video. I personally photographed the billboards in the field while collaborating with videographers to capture real-world footage. Within hours, we edited and packaged these visuals, delivering polished assets for artists to promote their new releases.
As demand grew, I scaled the operation to a 12-person team, creating a turnkey, templatized system and an operational playbook that ensured flexibility, precision, and high-quality output. This system allowed for seamless weekly production and became a foundation for future teams and agencies to build upon.
