A project that I was passionate and grateful to have overseen was the development and execution of launch videos for YouTube Music's Black Voices Fund in 2021 and 2022, including concepting, script development, clip sourcing, artist and marketing collaboration, clearances, editing, and post-production. It was an incredibly complex and fast-paced approval process, coordinating with over 30 artists and their teams.
I worked closely with the team on the edit and clip selections to ensure alignment with the creative vision. I also supervised the creation of custom social assets for each artist, tailored for multiple platforms. This led to a large-scale rollout across YouTube and other social platforms, ensuring cohesive brand messaging and visibility for three cohorts of fund recipients.
